Ndeipi Appoints Darian Johnson as Chief Operating Officer to Accelerate Global Expansion and Tokenization Strategy

Austin, Texas – [10/11/25] – Ndeipi Inc., a leading blockchain and fintech company pioneering Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization across Africa and the Diaspora, proudly announces the appointment of Darian Johnson as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Johnson brings over two decades of executive leadership in renewable energy, investment banking, and global business development, as well as eight years of decorated service in the U.S. Navy, where he developed a deep command of operational precision and leadership under pressure.

Johnson’s track record includes scaling multiple companies from startup to unicorn valuations, generating over $1 billion in global sales revenue, and forging partnerships with the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and the City of Cincinnati’s Office of Environment and Sustainability, where his efforts helped Cincinnati earn recognition as America’s Most Sustainable City in 2017 and 2018.

“Darian’s leadership is the bridge between vision and execution,” said Dr. Tyrone Moodley, Founder and CEO of Ndeipi. “As we expand across Africa and the Diaspora, his operational expertise will be instrumental in turning our Tokenization-as-a-Service platform into a global force for financial inclusion, renewable energy, and economic empowerment.”

Driving Ndeipi’s Global Go-To-Market Strategy

As COO, Johnson will lead Ndeipi’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, focusing on scaling tokenization of mines, solar farms, real estate, and agricultural assets through partnerships with institutional investors, fintech accelerators, and government agencies. His mandate includes building operational infrastructure to onboard enterprises onto Ndeipi’s RWA Tokenization-as-a-Service Platform, enabling seamless Web2-to-Web3 integration for companies seeking to tokenize real assets.

Johnson will also oversee the Ndeipi Capital Treasury, ensuring regulatory compliance and liquidity across multiple jurisdictions while spearheading the rollout of Afro Gold Dollar and NdeipiCoin, the ecosystem’s foundational digital assets.

Under his leadership, Ndeipi’s GTM focus will target:

  • Renewable Energy Tokenization: Creating blockchain-backed clean-energy credits and carbon markets.
  • Mining and Commodity Projects: Tokenizing copper, gold, and lithium operations to unlock global investment.
  • Smart City Development: Integrating Ndeipi Blockchain infrastructure into urban innovation hubs across Africa.
  • Institutional Partnerships: Collaborating with hedge funds, venture accelerators, and special economic zones to onboard tokenized projects.

A Strategic Vision for Scalable Impact

“Ndeipi represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reimagine capital markets and ownership,” said Johnson. “Our goal is to tokenize Africa’s wealth—its energy, minerals, creativity, and innovation—and make it investable to the world. By building a disciplined, scalable foundation, we’re turning blockchain from buzzword to backbone.”

Johnson’s appointment marks a critical milestone in Ndeipi’s journey toward operational maturity. With its foundation in Prospera ZEDE (Roatán Island, Honduras) and expanding offices in Austin, Texas; Lusaka, Zambia; and Johannesburg, South Africa, Harare, Zimbabwe Ndeipi is positioning itself as a bridge between traditional finance and decentralized infrastructure, powered by partnerships with Polygon Blockchain, and strategic global funds.
