Eberechukwu Oji, the Eze Aro IX of Arochukwu Kingdom, to their global Board of Directors. His Majesty brings to Ndeipi one of the strongest governance and operational leadership profiles in Africa’s modern history, backed by more than 25 years of experience managing high-risk energy megaprojects and serving as Chairman of a fund overseeing more than $100 billion in African real-world assets.
His appointment marks a defining moment for Ndeipi’s mission to build Africa’s next-generation fintech, RWA tokenization, and digital-infrastructure ecosystem.
A Leader Who Has Managed Continental-Scale Assets
His Majesty currently serves as:
• Chairman — Africa Energy Fund (BVI)
Overseeing investment mandates that collectively span more than $100 billion in energy, infrastructure, industrial, and natural-resource assets across Africa.
His fund governance experience includes due diligence, capital allocation, risk management, institutional compliance, and multi-jurisdiction structuring between Africa, the BVI, and the international capital markets.
• Chief Executive Officer — Nestar Energies Limited (Nigeria)
Leading corporate strategy, LNG operations, asset portfolios, joint-venture governance, and national energy growth programs.
• Former Chief Operating Officer — Neconde Energy (OML 42)
Oversaw upstream production from 50,000 to 100,000 barrels per day, managed Nigeria’s largest crude evacuation corridor, supervised government relations with NNPC/NPDC/NCDMB, and led complex gas and oil infrastructure operations.
• Former Operations Manager — Nigeria LNG (NLNG)
Accountable for safety, asset integrity, cost discipline, production reliability, and achieving the highest production month in NLNG plant history.
• Former Shell Nigeria Leadership Roles (2013–2018)
Including Asset Manager for Gbaran-Ubie and Kolo Creek, Manager Maintenance & Integrity for Shell Companies in Nigeria, and head of underwater/subsea maintenance operations.
• Former Senior Offshore Leader — Agip KCO & NCPOC (Kazakhstan, Kashagan Field)
Led Operational Readiness & Assurance (OR&A), Maintenance & Integrity, HSE, and Logistics for one of the most technically challenging offshore megaprojects in the world — the Kashagan Field.
